Refund policy

For hygienic reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Custom swimwear: If your suit is in need of alterations, we would accommodate your request but all suits MUST be unworn/unwashed, have tags attached and liners in place. Should you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package. We will fix the issue with a replacement. Be sure to contact INFO@jlabelleswim.com with photos within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
